Wrestling for Peace (W4P) is excited to announce the appointment of Kristi Mann to the W4P Executive Board. Kristi brings unparalleled leadership and a deep passion for wrestling, backed by an illustrious track record at both state and national levels.
Kristi’s expertise in financial stewardship, international outreach, and organizational growth aligns seamlessly with W4P’s mission. Her experience positions her as a powerful advocate for expanding wrestling’s impact on youth, women, and underserved communities worldwide.

National Wrestling Hall of Fame — In 2025 Kristi was honored with a Lifetime Service to Wrestling Award by the Arkansas chapter of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame.
State Director, USA Wrestling (Arkansas) — For two decades, Kristi has served as Arkansas State Director, one of few women in the nation leading a state chapter. She has driven significant growth in club, high school, collegiate, and national wrestling.
International Sports Diplomacy — In 2024, Kristi was one of ten U.S. sports exchange delegates selected by the Department of State to advocate for women’s leadership in sports to the Azerbaijani Olympic Committee and United World Wrestling.
“Power Woman” and “Class of Intriguing Women” — Kristi was recognized by Arkansas Money & Politics as one of 2024’s “Power Women” and was selected for AY Magazine’s “Class of Intriguing Women” in 2023.
Educator & Community Leader — A retired special education teacher with 30 years of service, Kristi was a gymnast at Little Rock Central and a cheerleader at the University of Arkansas. She remains active with the Little Rock Touchdown Club, the Broyles Foundation, and her sorority, Delta Delta Delta.
